Introductory Call
Our goal is to help you navigate through the process of determining what franchise opportunities may be suitable for you, if at all. We like to learn about your work experience, passions, and goals, and set realistic expectations.

Assessment
After learning more about you, we assess what could be the best fit so you can properly manage your time, align with your skills, and realistically achieve your objectives.

Brand Discovery
We'll do a market assessment to determine based on what you've shared with us so far could be a fit I your are. Typically we'll come up with a handful of options to show you a diversified group of ideas across segments and typically suggest checking out 2 to 3 to get a feel for what fits best. We'll make the introductions to the development managers at the franchisors where needed.
Discovery Process with the Franchisors

Introductory Call
On this call, the franchisor/development director's aim is to get to know you better and will help define parameters to commence the franchise due diligence process. Depending on the brand this can be rolled into the next call along with a formal brand overview presentation.

Initial Brand Call
Next, you will hop on a high-level call with the brand where they will review their business model, leadership team, and tell you what they're looking for a franchisee. Remember it has to be a match on both sides.

Unit Economics
This step dives deep into the cost and financial performance of a franchise. There are limitations to this, however it's common for them to have a spreadsheet where you can plug in numbers in order to help with projections.

FDD Review
At this stage, you review the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) with the Franchisor and can ask questions.

Validation
You'll be able to speak to current franchise owners and ask them questions about their experience. Sometimes this is done in a group format, and sometimes it is one-to-one.

Marketing and Operations
The brand development team will review the Marketing and Operations systems here with you.

Territory and Mapping
Here, the team will show you your potential territory as a franchisee. There may be an element of high-level market research such as showing what competition may be in the local area and how the demographics measure up for the brand.

Discovery Day
The last step in the interview process is where you visit corporate headquarters and meet the team.
